Aisha Lusaba

My name is Aisha Lusaba. I am a counseling intern with a strong passion for helping women of all ages through individual, group, and family therapy services. With years of extensive training and dedication, I am confident in my ability to provide effective and compassionate therapeutic support to young girls, teenagers, and adults alike.

When it comes to counseling, I find that a combination of Client-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy works well in helping clients achieve their goals. With Client-Centered Therapy, I focus on creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their feelings and experiences. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, on the other hand, helps clients identify and change negative patterns of thinking and behavior that may be contributing to their struggles.

For clients who prefer a more spiritual approach, I like to incorporate prayer and scripture reading into our sessions. I believe that spirituality can be a powerful tool in promoting healing and personal growth, and I'm happy to work with clients who want to explore this aspect of their lives. I also believe in collaborating with my clients to create individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem or any other mental health concerns, I am here to help you navigate through life's challenges with compassion, empathy, and understanding.
